Atlassian publishes and maintains the Standard EULA in English. We adopt it as published; we do not add terms of our own to it.

This website is provided as-is, for information. It sets no commitments beyond those in our Service Level Agreement and Privacy Policy.
Language
These terms are published in English, Portuguese and Spanish. The English version is the official one and prevails in the event of conflict. The Atlassian Standard EULA exists only in English and is not translated by us.
